Unfortunately no, as a home business I have to protect my home for liability reasons. However you can watch the repair being done remotely via discord or any other means that is available. Feel free to ask about this. Do note that this option will not always be available due to time constraints or other issues.
Generally repairs are done within 1-3 days however there are times when repairs can take longer due to lack of parts or the amount of customers devices in the queue is larger than normal. Many repairs can be done within 1 day.
I am not sure what the problem is with my console, are you able to diagnose my issue and how much does it cost?
A diagnosis is always performed if the damage is not clearly visible to our eyes. There is no charge for a diagnosis. However, do keep in mind that if a repair can’t be performed then there may be a bench fee applied of $30 for the time used to look at the console. (Note: Any successful repair completed will have the bench fee removed and only the repair charge will apply).
Unfortunately no, price matching another business’ service is not an option. As an example, if your issue is a broken HDMI Port and the price is $100 but another business is only charging $40, there is a reason for this which will usually be inferior parts, inferior tools used, etc. You have to ask yourself how can someone charge 50% or more less than most other businesses?

No problem! Your console will be held until payment is received for up to 60 Days. If payment has not been made within 60 days then the console will become the property of MicroGamingRepairs.com. However as I do not want to do this to anyone in the end, exceptions can be made.
All work performed is warrantied for 60 days from the day it was completed. There are exceptions to this guarantee but this will be discussed before any work is performed.
Several services people offer are the XBOX360 “Red Ring of Death” fix, or other similar repairs and generally call it a “reball” These services are not offered due to reliability concerns and I can’t in good faith give a customer a console back that may only work for 1 hour or may work for another few years.
